December may be the month where Christmas is the hot topic of conversation, however it is important to keep in mind that pests will still be on the prowl even during this month, rats and mice are no exception to this.
December usually sees a drop in temperature across the UK and because of this there is a risk that rats and mice will venture indoors in an attempt to find shelter, warmth and food. The most likely place they will find this is within buildings, whether it be residential or commercial, and once they have found adequate shelter they can be an issue to remove.
