We attended this residential property recently to carry out an extensive volume of works which our team worked incredibly hard on.
The property had been unfortunately neglected for some time which had resulted in a large build up of household and general waste internally - creating a haven for Rats and Mice, with visable runs and fresh activity we decided to initially carry out a riddance programme before attempting the rest of the clean.
Allowing a riddance programme to take place first avoids disturbing the Rodent nests and causing them to relocate elsewhere - we wanted to eradicate the problem, not move it along!
Once we felt the activity had dramatically decreased we were then able to start the mammoth task of removing all waste from inside and disposing of in the correct way. As licenced waste carriers we are able to remove a large variety of different materials safely and securely.
As soon as the property was empty our team worked hard at cleaning and sanitising the large volume of grime that had built up over time. The pictures below show the amazing difference between the beginning and the end and we believe the results certainly speak for themselves!
